Harcourts’ history in Canterbury goes back to 1972 and before that, 1888 in Wellington. We know this region because it is our home, and we would love to introduce you to all the great people, places and reasons why it’s such a great place to live.

The Harcourts Foundation
We formed the Harcourts Foundation in 2008 because we wanted to find a significant and practical way to better support our communities.
Through the Foundation, our teams across New Zealand can financially help local charities and community groups that would otherwise struggle to do their good work.
We are extremely proud to be Plunket’s Real Estate Partner and to fund the Hospice NZ Grants Programme, but also equally proud of being able to help many smaller charities and community groups across New Zealand.
